The Food and Beverage industry does not always have your best interest in mind. While the promotion of alcoholic beverages paired with a festive and enjoyable life is common in our culture, the science is ignored. The World Health Organization states that alcohol is a toxin that impairs function and vitality while increasing your risk for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, accidents, inflammation, insomnia and dementia, among others. We are encouraging all of our patients to take on the Dry January Challenge starting January 1, 2026. Your body and mind will thank you.

Some benefits you will see after one month without alcohol:
